The KAM isresponsible for the growth and expansion of sales by workingproactively with various internal and external stakeholderstechnical working groups MOH NUPCO and national programs. Theincumbent is expected to provide dynamic leadership and motivatingthe team to execute the strategies that achieve profitable salesrevenue ensuring the growth of the business while maximizingbusiness opportunities and growing revenue across full productportfolio in Laboratory Hospital Clinic and Point of Caremarkets.

  • Drive sales at key accountsat Saudi MOH in the Eastern region. While this role is highlystrategic the individual will take personal ownership of drivingCepheid revenue and share gain in large and midsized hospitals andlabs across Saudi MOH in the EasternRegion.
  • Develop strategic plans for each keyaccount including mapping out key stakeholders and how Cepheid cansecure funding for our technology
  • Work hand inhand with Territory Managers and Clinical solutions team onincreasing our sales funnel and driving revenue growth through newcustomer acquisition expanding menu and existing assayutilization.
  • Develop relationships with KOLs atkey accounts in MOH where you are seen as not just selling aproduct but a valuable part of their patient solutionsteam.
  • Build up external and internal networksin order to bring Cepheid closer to key stakeholders within theSaudi MOH in the Eastern Region.
  • Negotiatecomplex deals that meet customer needs while ensuring Cepheidprofitability targets are achieved.
  • Develop andimplement comprehensive account strategies to align with MOHshealthcare objectives and our organizationsgoals
  • Continuously follow new market and policydevelopments in the healthcare sector working closely with theClinical solutions team and other functions inCepheid
  • Maintaining and overseeing Cepheidshipments and deliveries to MOH hospitals in the EasternRegion

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:

Education orExperience (in years):

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field (Medical Sciences). Advanced degrees orcertifications are a plus
  • 4 years of salesexperience with a proven track record of toptier performanceincluding key accounts management with clear examples of winningdeals and driving menu expansion at key accounts at MOH or (largemultisite institutions and clusters).
  • Provenexperience in key account management preferably in the healthcaresector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudihealthcare system including an understanding of MOH processes andregulations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with astrong business acumen. Skills demonstrated through the ability towork highly autonomously in developing strategy executingcountermeasuring and establishing relationships with seniorhealthcare professionals throughout the Germanmarket.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and perspectiveof the Saudi market particularly in MOH hospitals andlaboratories.
  • Strong customer orientation andthe ability to translate different customer or stakeholder needsinto solutions that result in a win: winscenario
  • Experienced in managing stakeholdersthroughout the Saudi healthcare hierarchy. This includes but is notlimited to lab Medical technologists lab managers clinicianshospital administration
  • Proven track record oflearning agility demonstrated through taking on novel assignmentsand delivering lasting results
  • Operates withtransparency and humility.
  • A strong team playerwho operates smoothly in a matrix organization with numerousstakeholders
  • Acts as a role model for highethical standards and code ofconduct.

Other:

  • Upto 50% travel in the Central region of Saudi with occasionalinternational travel
  • Native (or equivalentlevel) knowledge of Arabic good command ofEnglish
