Areasto be covered in the role: Account Payable MIS AuditTax & GL Lead P&L Reviewwith CEO COO and Investors Preparation ofBoard deck Optimize ERP usage andautomation/ process simplification Theperson will ensure all Accounting and reporting activities fromINDAS perspective The person works closely with Process Owners andenables them to provide specialized accounting support to theorganization involving independent judgment andaction. This role will ensure completenessof monthend accounting procedures like the creation of accrualsrecording of treasury/banking activities balancing of Inter Company(IC) transactions across entities accounting and reservesvalidating completion of thirdparty clearing accounts with theintent to make sure our financial positions at end of the month iscomplete. Being able to perform activitiesacross the various accounting functions: AP AR cash and treasurymanagement IC and General Accounting.Prepare cash flow and plan payables Conducta monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts including bankreconciliations. Identify synergies betweenCash IC AP and AR processes and implement bestpractices. Ensure the closing of financialrecords monthly and promptly. DriveStatutory / Internal audit closures. Driveand implement new or changed accounting principles and practicesthat impact Accounting. Handling investorqueries and preparing board presentations.To review and analyze closely Monthly Expenditures and identifycost savings opportunities. Compares actualnumbers to prior month and year to shareanalysis Ability to reconcile data fromdifferent sources & ensure closure of final settlementswith stakeholder partners To be responsiblefor the preparation of financial reports daily weekly and monthlyMIS Extract data cuts in multiple ways(channelwise product etc) make quick sense out of it and identifyactionable insights for businessstakeholders. Responsible for review andaccuracy of Inventory item/ Product cost.Timely accurate accounting of inventory and followup with thesupply chain team in this regard. InventoryValuation report to Management and Auditors for finalisation ofAccounts. Maintain templates and schedulesthat the Senior Management Team will use for review andanalysis. Assist Team members in resolvingissues or difficulties in their work performance and knowing whenissues should be escalated.
