Role&responsibilities
DevelopProcurement Strategies: Formulate strategies aligning with companygoals focusing on cost reduction supplier optimization and riskmanagement.
MarketResearch and Analysis: Identify potential suppliers throughthorough market research evaluating capabilities and negotiatingfavorable terms andpricing.
EndtoEndProcurement Management: Oversee the entire procurement process fromsupplier sourcing to contract negotiation order placement andperformanceevaluation.
Collaboratewith internal departments to understand procurement needs providingguidance and support throughout the procurementlifecycle.
SupplierRelationship Management: Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key suppliers monitoring performance andaddressing issuespromptly.
RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements companypolicies and ethical standards in all procurementactivities.
Reportingand Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations tocommunicate procurement performance metrics cost savings andinsights to seniormanagement.
SupplierNegotiations: Lead negotiations and execute contracts for relevantcategories.
CompetitiveBenchmarking: Gather competitor information to benchmark costsservice and sourcingstrategies.
StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement strategies for highqualitydelivery and productivity costsavings.
Education/ExperienceRequiredQualification:

Bachelorsdegree
Proventrack record of success in developing and implementing procurementstrategies that drive cost savings and processimprovements.
Strongnegotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with suppliers and internalstakeholders.
