Overview:ThePartnership & Alliance Manager plays a crucial role indeveloping and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances todrive business growth and expansion. KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executepartnership strategies to drive revenue and market sharegrowth.
  • Identify and engage potential partnersevaluate their offerings and negotiate mutually beneficialagreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams toalign partnership objectives with overall businessgoals.
  • Lead the creation and execution ofpartnership programs and jointinitiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize existingpartnerships to maximize value andimpact.
  • Establish and nurture strongrelationships with key partners andstakeholders.
  • Proactively seek new partnershipopportunities across various industries andmarkets.
  • Track and report key performancemetrics related to partnerships and allianceactivities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitive landscape to identify partnershipopportunities.
  • Contribute to the development ofmarketing and sales strategies that leverage partnerships formutual benefit.
  • Manage partnership contractsensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues that mayarise.
  • Represent the organization at industryevents tradeshows and networking opportunities to build andstrengthen partnerships.
  • Provide strategicguidance and insights on potential partnerships to the leadershipteam.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
  • Proven experience in partnership oralliance management business development or strategicsales.
  • Demonstrated success in developing andexecuting partnership strategies to achieve businessgrowth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a trackrecord of securing and managing successfulpartnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideasclearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional relationshipmanagement abilities and experience in collaborating with diversestakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with thecapacity to align partnership activities with organizationalgoals.
