**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, analyse market trends, and gain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand development, enhance market positioning, and achieve business objectives.
- Leverage e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to maximise online presence and generate substantial customer engagement.
- Harness the power of social media platforms, including Meta and Pinterest, to create impactful digital marketing campaigns and drive brand visibility.
- Drive creative marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content and campaigns.
- Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, providing effective leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Cultivate strong industry networks and partnerships to expand business opportunities and drive brand collaborations.
- Oversee advertising activities across multiple channels, optimising spend and messaging for maximum impact.
- Manage and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring maximum exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Utilise both B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in market research, strategy development, and brand development within the electrical lighting industry.
- Expertise in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing, with a track record of driving online visibility and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in leveraging Meta and Pinterest for effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative flair and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for developing impactful marketing content and campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic industry relationships.
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels, optimising budgets and messaging.
- Proven track record of success in coordinating and maximising the impact of industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with an understanding of the unique challenges and strategies involved in each.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
