The Business Development Manager role offersa flexible starting salary of 35000 and an exceptional commissionpackage of 25% of Gross Profit ( GP ) per a deal with average dealsof 9790.

Are you a driven individual with a knackfor building business relationships and driving growth In this roleyou will be instrumental in propelling the success of our clientsTelecommunications business. With an ever expanding lead generationteam of 12 providing your new business sales appointments supportedby your own self generative efforts by identifying newopportunities forging strategic partnerships and nurturing keyclient relationships.

Intent on creating an eliteteam and demonstrating how serious they are about developing yourskills our client has engaged with Gary May of the Channel SalesAcademycreator of the UKs most prolific sales and lead generationteams bestselling author and regarded as being in the top 1% ofinfluence & persuasion experts worldwideto support traincoach and develop new recruits tosuccess.

Tasks
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the Telecommunicationssector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensivebusiness development strategy to achieve revenue and growthtargets.
  • Conduct market research to identifypotential clients understand their needs tailor solutions to theirrequirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationshipswith decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Prepareand deliver compelling presentations proposals and negotiatecontracts.
  • Monitor industry trends andcompetitor activities to identify opportunities andrisks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets andperformancemetrics.
Requirements
  • Proventrack record in business development preferably in theTelecommunications industry.
  • Strongunderstanding of Telecommunications products services and markettrends.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying andsecuring new business opportunities achieving sales targets anddriving revenue growth.
  • Exceptionalnegotiation presentation and communicationskills.
  • Strategic thinker with stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Selfmotivated proactive andtargetdriven individual.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively.
  • Excellentrelationship building and networking skills able to establishrapport and maintain long termpartnerships.
