**Description**
The main duties of the role will include:
- Support a variety of customer externally with systems training and guidance on how to produce reports and data required for the business.
- Provide any solutions when required and collect any feedback accordingly.
- Highlight any key performance issues which can be improved and advice on ideas.
- Solve any problems efficiently and provide solutions consistently to achieve satisfaction levels.
- Work efficiently in a team dynamic.
