The Business Development Manager role offers a flexible starting salary of £35,000 and an exceptional commission package of 25% of Gross Profit ( GP ) per a deal with average deals of £10,000

Are you a driven individual with a knack for building business relationships and driving growth? In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling the success of our client’s Telecommunications business. With an ever expanding lead generation team of 12 providing your new business sales appointments supported by your own self generative efforts by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing key client relationships.

Intent on creating an elite team and demonstrating how serious they are about developing your skills, our client has engaged with Gary May of the Channel Sales Academy—creator of the UK’s most prolific sales and lead generation teams, best-selling author, and regarded as being in the top 1% of influence & persuasion experts worldwide—to support, train, coach, and develop new recruits to success.

Tasks
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telecommunications sector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, tailor solutions to their requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunications products, services, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills, able to establish rapport and maintain long term partnerships.
