Main duties of the job

Tobe the main point of contact for all clinical rota queries

Towork proactively to ensure the clinical rotas are filled across all Nimbuscare services.

Toidentify workforce gaps, acting on planned and unplanned absence to ensureservice delivery is maintained and escalations are made where necessary.

Towork with registered agencies where necessary to source clinicians.

Toliaise with the Operational Services Senior Service Lead to ensure that rotasare reflective of planned service delivery and to ensure sufficient resourceand safe staffing numbers.

Toidentify and highlight opportunities to make improvements to the clinical rotasthat will improve patient experience and support our workforce.

Toutilise our clinical rota system (Rotamaster) including supporting clinicians

with set up, shiftbooking and responding to queries as required

Tocontribute to the maintenance of clinical staff compliance records, workingwith the clinicians to ensure they are fully compliant to work in our services

Tobuild and maintain effective relationships with clinical staff

Providereports on rotas as requested

Minimum of 1 year's demonstrable experience in working with clinical rota's Experience of working in a fast paced environment

Desirable

Knowledge of working in the healthcare sector / NHS or similar clinical rostering role
