Plant Machinery Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in plant sales and be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in the territory
- Maximise profit potential on each sale
- Meet agreed sales targets as specified
- Provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery
- Carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure
- Accurate and timely completion of all sales related documents i.e., warranty, service contracts etc.
- Utilise and maintain CRM system encompassing call planning, sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity and forecasting
- Attend shows and exhibitions as and when required
- Maintain close liaison with customers and other company departments to ensure the promotion of exemplary customer service
Requirements
- Experience in plant sales and proven sales success
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and excellent presentation skills
- Results driven and able to work independently
- Experience of working with a CRM system – desirable
- Undertaken sales training or can demonstrate development of sales skills – desirable
