Salary: £31,631 - £37,089 per annum plus the potential to earn up to 35% commission
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: One fixed-term contract until March 2025 and one permanent position
We're seeking two Sales Executives to lead our frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership, Private Sales and other sales-related products offered by Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.
As a Sales Executive, you'll work at a fast pace, achieving targets and delivering high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes.
You'll have experience in the property sales and marketing process, working with internal and external parties about sale-related matters and ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
The sales offices are open 7 days a week between 10am – 6pm, and you'll be required to work a rota, including Saturdays and Sundays, and possibly one late night until 7pm.
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have the confidence to run sales offices on sites and represent the sales team and the wider company brand.
