Job Overview

This role is a key addition to the Workforce Systems team, supporting the drive towards data integrity in our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. The successful applicant will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, working closely with other professional users of our systems.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful applicant will perform task-based work as part of large-scale projects on complex data sets, with a keen eye for detail and careful consideration of the impact of data amendments. They will build positive working relationships with other teams, including recruitment, payroll, finance, and rostering, to aid in data enhancements and system engagement.

Person Specification
