Working hours: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern 37.5 hours a week with weekend availability. Salary: £23,000
We are looking to expand our Debt Resolution Team to our Leicester office, due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer or Debt Advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers.

What We Need from YüHere is a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Provide instant support to our field engineers to resolve at-hand customer account queries.
- Your primary objective will be to deliver a successful first-time resolution at once and support cash collection.
- Resolving specific customer accounts in an agile manner upon demand from field team.
- Support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing of customers.
- Build strong relationships with other teams across the business.
- To develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure customer queries are recorded/ noted up accordingly.
- To monitor, action and escalate any issues as appropriate to the back-office teams to drive an immediate resolution for the customer.
- To create accurate records containing all relevant information to enable requests to be resolved to the timelines and standards required.
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales.
- Managing any customer dissatisfactions.
