About the team
The Compliance team of E-Commerce will be responsible for building and owning product solutions for compliance domains within TikTok Shop, including privacy, personalization, content safety, etc. Responsibilities:The Product Manager will build compliance strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop, support cross functional teams to establish compliance solutions, and assist management to fully understand risk level, prioritization, and make decisions on actionable mitigation plans. 1. Experience in product management in e-commerce and/or relevant areas, familiar with product infrastructure and able to identify cross-domain dependencies;2. Responsible for building compliance product strategy and long-term compliance roadmap for TikTok Shop;3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create the product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, , and guide the team through key milestones for compliance product features;4. Lead compliance-related project management throughout product lifecycle, managing cross-functional efforts including business development, product design, engineering and go-to-market;5. Focus on the design and maintenance of compliance product solutions;6. Pay attention to and explore the control gaps in existing product capabilities and optimize them through building product solutions;7. Exercise independent judgment and provide risk-based solutions to business teams;8. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from business teams, data security teams, and global legal teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, to implement risk and compliance solutions, and to respond to user escalations;9. Be familiar with the regulation and governance of e-commerce platforms, train business departments on key compliance issues, promote e-commerce eco-development, and improve process efficiency and effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:1. Understanding and experience in compliance, public policy, law and regulation is a plus;2. Able to make risk-based decisions and drive alignment among diverse/multinational teams;3. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;4. Self-motivated, deep-dive, leadership and excellent organizational skill;5. Strong logical thinking and analytical skill;6. Proactive, patient and meticulous, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork;7. Familiarity with e-commerce and/or privacy related compliance issues, business analytics, and making data-driven decisions; Preferred Qualifications- 5 years of product development and other related experience, privacy and/or compliance-related product experience preferred.
