MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for UK merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
- Conceptualise, create and execute TikTok Shop LIVE Webinars/Training (3 hours LIVE per day) to improve sellers' knowledge of TikTok Shop business.
- Develop cohesive and effective content plan to drive engagement and business goals, including seller-facing scripts, webinar titles and descriptions, visual aid, and presentation material.
- Coordinate/project manage among various dependencies, collaborating with sellers and multiple internal teams which are part of the webinar hosting process (Account manager, Studio, PR, Marketing etc)
- Dedication to self-teach and navigate internal resources to be able to understand seller experience and TikTok Shop features/tools.
- Organize regular LIVE review, analyse post-LIVE data, collect seller feedback, test different webinar features, pull out insights, and optimise webinar plan and strategy accordingly.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Robust and detailed knowledge of various topics about TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop is preferred.
- Experience in presenting on TikTok or similar platforms is required.
- Good presentation skills, confident presenting alone or with others, and interacting in real-time with audience.
- Fast learner. Must be fast-paced, agile and resilient in their work, able to plan ahead, adhere to shifting deadlines.
- Good communication and project management skill, can project manage between lots of different key players and move things forward.
- Be able to develop analysis framework and analyse LIVE performance independently. Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain difficult concepts simply
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus
- Must be London-based.
