TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. About the Role
As part of the UK TikTok Shop Operation team, the Affiliate Operations Lead will be responsible for identifying the Affiliate Program strategy based on business needs and drive quality creator/content supply and creator GMV growth at scale leveraging the Affiliate services/platform. This role will lead a team of Affiliate Operations Managers working on scaling the following operations leveraging affiliate product features or tools: acquiring/converting new creators, educating and driving creator engagement/growth, increasing efficiency of creator discovering products available on TikTok Shop (through building a rich, quality, easy-to-use and competitive product marketplace) and improving the process facilitating merchants seeking partnerships with creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Affiliate Program development strategy and plan based on business needs and be responsible for key business results including creator supply (number of creators at different level), creator content engagement and long-term retention/sustainable growth
- Work closely with the Affiliate Product Team (PM) to drive creator/merchant funnel and experience improvement; Collect and provide feedback and market insights to the PM team to build competitive product features or tools for both creators and merchants
- Identify creator and user NPS issues and work on improvements with XFN teams to drive Affiliate overall NPS improvements
- Work with leads, acquisition, education teams to identify, attract and incubate more quality and diverse new creators to grow and ready for further growth
- Initiate and launch efficient, cost effective programs, content strategies, activations or incentive strategies to incentivise and engage creators to gain performance growth (creator GMV level upgrading)
- Make Affiliate Merchandise Strategy and work closely with category teams to drive merchandise supply, quality and competitiveness growth to ensure diverse and quality merchandise offering for creators to promote
- Design and implement Affiliate creator and merchant education programs to equip creators and merchants with enough skillsets and know-hows on becoming successful leveraging Affiliate Service on TikTok Shop
- Work closely with category teams to build impactful and valuable Merchant X Affiliate showcases and amplify them to drive positive awareness among merchants
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, self-driven and collaborative team

**Qualifications**:

- BS/BA and 7+ years of experience working in high-growth environments
- Experience of e-commerce or user-facing, affiliate product design, affiliate program operation; scale creator/user/merchant growth or mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred
- 2+ years experience of people management
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate program, e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
