Compliance Product Manager Job Description

TikTok is seeking a skilled Compliance Product Manager to build and execute a compliance strategy for TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance roadmap for TikTok Shop, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish compliance solutions, including product design, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead compliance-related project management throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk mitigation.
  • Design and maintain compliance product solutions, identifying and optimizing control gaps in existing product capabilities.
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide risk-based solutions to business teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders from business teams, data security teams, and global legal teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of product development experience, with a focus on compliance-related products.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and privacy-related compliance issues, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Able to make risk-based decisions and drive alignment among diverse/multinational teams.
