About the Role

TikTok is seeking a skilled Digital Channel Manager to join our Shop team in London. As a key member of the Merchant Acquisition & Incubation (MAI) team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies, including email direct marketing and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a/b tests to iterate content on various channels and improve seller journey based on test data and survey
  • Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, figure out roadblocks and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams
  • Take charge of internal outreaching channels and manage the resources so as to maximize the overall benefits and achieve the business goal
  • Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, 3-5 year user digital marketing experience and project management, e-commerce or user acquisition experience is a plus
  • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities

  • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure
