Compliance Product Manager Job Description

TikTok is seeking a skilled Compliance Product Manager to build and execute a compliance strategy for TikTok Shop, our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, e-commerce, and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a compliance strategy for TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and legal, to design and implement compliance solutions.
  • Lead compliance-related project management, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with business teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, and implement risk and compliance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, and provide guidance to the team on compliance matters.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, and/or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and compliance solutions a plus.
