- Experience with CRM/project management software is desirable.
- Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of project documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Act as the central contact point for project-related and general office queries.
- Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
