Commercial/procurement Administrator

As a Commercial/Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various administrative, purchasing, and commercial activities within TriEX Limited. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in procurement activities, vendor communication and inventory management.
- Collaborating with the Commercial, Projects and Finance team.
- Assisting in financial tasks such as budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Researching new suppliers, products and services.
- Obtaining and comparing prices from suppliers and Sub Contractors.
- On-Boarding suppliers and Sub Contractors.
- Ensuring goods and services are fit for purpose and meet with the organisation's requirements.
- Recording and monitoring stock levels.
- Arranging delivery of goods.
- Preparing quotations.
- Raising Invoices.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience.
