**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize profitability.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business and project opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including projects, marketing and finance, to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide leadership and accountability on all areas of pricing, invoicing, payment approvals, ensuring an end to end approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify significant opportunities for change to add value across the business and manage the change process.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the commercial team to foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Quantity Surveyance; business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex commercial strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Have a breadth of multi -client experience, ideally experience dealing with multiple stakeholder accounts across the power, facilities or construction industry.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and strong skills in contract management.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyse financial data and make informed business decisions.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.
