Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead our finance function. As the Head of Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance activities, ensuring management accounts are produced accurately and on time, and leading the year-end audit.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and advanced Excel skills. You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategic plans and make commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the finance function, including managing budgets and financial reports
* Ensure accurate and timely management accounts and financial statements
* Lead the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with the MD on strategic planning and commercial decision-making
