Part-Time Bookkeeper

Job Description: Riada Resourcing is seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper - Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing essential financial administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchase and sales ledgers
- Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage quarterly VAT returns
- Assist with month-end processes and credit control
- Support year-end financial audits
- Collaborate closely with the External Accountant
- Manage customs administration, including filing submissions (training provided)
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of recent experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role. You should be proficient in Sage, have a solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
