**Job summary**:
Lynas Foodservice require a highly self-motivated, organised, professional individual who will report directly to the Deputy Financial Controller. Your primary focus will be on the day to day bookkeeping tasks and to provide highly accurate and detailed information to other members of the finance team.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of cash book income and expenditure
- Prepare and submit timely VAT returns, Intrastat, EC Salse and ROI diesel rebate scheme
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Maintain and organise accounting files and documents
- Payments
- Assisting with the year-end accounting and audit processes
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the finance department
- Any other duties as required

**Essential criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Qualified or qualified by experience book keeper
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
