We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our store administration team at Next.
As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store administration processes. This includes stock and cash handling, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
You will work closely with the store team to ensure the efficient running of the store, including the sales floor and stockrooms. Your excellent communication skills and friendly approach will shine through in your interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
- Ensure smooth operation of store administration processes
- Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a well-organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service from both the front and back of house
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the store team
- Take ownership of your own development and growth within the role
