Care Support Specialist

At Connected Health, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team in Northern Ireland.
This rewarding role involves providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and maintaining their independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user, their family, and professionals involved with the individual service plan.
The ideal candidate will have an empathetic nature and be a driver with access to a car. No formal experience is required as full accredited training will be provided.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a £200 sign-on bonus, cycle to work scheme, and gym membership discount.
As a Care Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities throughout Northern Ireland.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Undertaking personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with service users and colleagues
- Communicating regularly with the immediate supervisor regarding changes in the service user's condition or circumstances
