Gynaecology ward & Day Unit - Womens Centre
exciting opportunity for a band 4 registered nursing associate
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Registered Nursing Associate to join our fantastic Gynaecology Team. the service is comprehensive of 20 acute surgical beds and a day surgery area. You will be responsible of ensuring high standard of care are provided to patients through her journey for theatre. from the first check in the morning, to the pre operative assessment checks and the post op care. you will be working under the subversions of the ward coordinator which will help and support with activity and tasks.

To work alongside the team we are looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Associate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is keen to learn and take on new clinical skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and professional approach to the delivery of care, ensuring the best patient experience. Candidates should be excellent team players with the ability to use their own initiative and judgement to resolve issues. They should also have a tactful, sensitive manner, work well under pressure, with a flexible approach and a willingness to suggest ideas for improvements.
