Job Summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our Gynaecology Team in the Womens Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care are provided throughout their journey, from initial assessment to post-operative care. This will involve working closely with the ward coordinator and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Associate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is keen to learn and take on new clinical skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a flexible approach, able to work well under pressure and make sound judgments to resolve issues.

Person Specification

  • Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate and NMC registration
  • Ability to identify own learning needs and ensure own professional development is maintained by keeping up to date with practice development
  • Willingness to undertake self-development activities to improve clinical effectiveness
