We are looking for a kind, compassionate, naturally caring, observant, and intuitive individual who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Weston Super Mare as a  Live In Carer.  As a Live In Carer, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them stay in their own home. This will ideally be on a working pattern of  2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

We're advertising for a lady living in the surrounding area of Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset.

Client Description

Janet is an independent lady living alone in North Somerset. She is keen on her garden where she has always grown her own vegetables. Janet has had several strokes and lives with short term memory loss. She was widowed in January 2021. Janet would like to stay living in her own home with some support from her carer with meal preparation, medication, companionship, some personal care, general housework and laundry, and other tasks as required. Janet lives in a village on the outskirts of Weston super Mare that has a plethora of shops and many country walks.

Janet is looking for a carer that is willing to help with the gardening, can cook her non-spicy vegetarian meals (Janet is a vegetarian), and who does not have a strong accent as Janet is hard of hearing and like to be read stories.

As a Live In Carer, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or a food allowance from the client, a separate bedroom to stay in and access to WiFi.

Qualifications
