Young Carers Support

**0-5 hours per week (for up to 12 months)**
We are looking for a Bank Worker to support our Young Carers Team, helping them to deliver groups and activities to our Young Carers on an ad-hoc basis.
The tasks you could do at a group can include, setting up and tidying the venue, engaging with activities and encouraging participants to take part and taking note of any observations and report back to a member of staff for recording.
If there is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a trip, you may be required to supervise a cohort of Young Carers.
With previous experience in guidance or support to young people, you will have a friendly and positive personality and strong communication skills. You will also be a great multi-taker and be able to motivate those around you.
Based on the team’s current needed, we need someone who will be able to attend to a Monday evening group session.
**What do you need to do?**

- An interview will be arranged if you match the criteria for the role
- If successful, you will be placed on our Bank of Support Workers to be contacted when needed and used on an adhoc basis.
- You will need to undertake key training in safeguarding as well as occasional supervisions which will be paid.
