To provide efficient and effective business process & document production, including complex minute taking and customer services support to internal and external customers. Provide effective financial monitoring and financial data reporting as required.

Requirements:

5 GCSE or equivalent (including 1 GCSE in both English and Maths). Proven experience in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Why Join Sheffield City Council?

Opportunity for career growth and development. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Chance to make a meaningful impact for vulnerable young people in Sheffield. Ongoing training and development opportunities.

If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding and challenging role, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join our team and contribute to our continued success.
