We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Inclusion and Attendance Specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and attend meetings to take notes and ensure understanding of content and next steps.
- Enter data into databases, checking for accuracy and logic, and flagging up potential errors.
- Support the specialist with emails, understanding content, processing expectations, and ensuring actions and follow-ups are completed.
- Assist with workload prioritization and processing of workload in a timely manner, providing prompts for outstanding actions and preparing for upcoming meetings.
- Provide prompts throughout the day to ensure the specialist's wellness recovery plan is followed, breaks are taken, and flexible working agreements are embedded.
- Experience of minuting complex meetings and using databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and dedicated to providing a high level of administration support.
This is a hybrid working role, with a combination of working from the City Centre and home working. The post will involve travelling to community schools to minute meetings.
