What youlldo
- To take overallresponsibility for the management of the housekeeping and frontoffice teams ensuring guests are well cared for and guestexpectations are exceeded.
- To ensure that allhotel standard operating procedures are trained and adheredto.
- To own the rooms P&L contributingto annual budget planning and ensuring expenses are kept inline.
- To own all quality evaluation processesand strive to improve all qualitativemetrics.
- To take ownership of problem solvingand ensure guest satisfaction levels are the highestpossible.
- To proactively identify opportunitiesto improve and enhance processes and procedures across housekeepingand front office.
- Responsible for the accuratecompletion of all people documentation including payrollrecruitment disciplinary and grievance and appraisaldocumentation.
- To coach and develop the teamensuring that they are well motivated andinformed.
- To set stretching yet realisticobjectives for the team monitoring these and providing regularfeedback.
- To be ultimately accountable fordelivering projects that involve housekeeping and front officeteams.
- To proactively project manage anychanges in policies and procedures for housekeeping and frontoffice.
- To achieve and maintain the highestpossible levels of customer service to both external and internalcustomers forging longterm relationships with suppliers andcontractors.
- To ensure all health and safetyprocedures and policies are adhered to at alltimes.
- To be a member of the hotel crisis andfire teams and to be fully conversant in all relatedprocedures.

- You have a highlevel of verbal and written communication skills and computerskills.
- You have experience of Micros FidelioOpera and KnowCross.
- A natural at leading andmanaging others you lead by example and create an environment whereyour team can be their bestself.
