In the Digital team, our ambition is to make our Health & Wellness brands the most Seen, Searched and Selected healthy snack brands online. We aim to create compelling digital experiences that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and loyalty across all digital platforms.

What are we looking for?

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media and performance marketing strategies.

Established understanding of digital asset management and consumer data analytics.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Ie social listening tools

Natural interest in digital Industry and desire to keep up with latest trends and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various markets and teams.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced, challenging and ambiguous environment with the ability to think creatively and navigate complex situations, sometimes challenging the status quo.

A self-starter who is results-oriented and who pursues opportunities with energy and drive, finding solutions that overcome obstacles and setbacks.

A natural collaborator – you’ll work well as part of the team, have a can-do / up for doing things differently mindset.

Acts with a clear sense of accountability, follows through on commitments and willingly takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures.

Entrepreneurial spirit, with ability to spot opportunities and capitalise on them quickly, as well as constantly finding ways to optimise our budget and resources to drive efficiencies.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, a related field or role relevant experience.

What will be your key responsibilities?

EMEA Social Media Strategy:

Develop and drive a consumer-centred social media strategy for the EMEA region.

Manage partnerships with social media agencies, ensuring clear deliverables and a robust feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with markets to create and implement reactive social media assets during key campaign moments.

Embed best practices with EMEA markets to scale their Always-on social approach.

Monitor competitor activity and external trends to continuously improve our social media strategies

Partner with MW Social teams to stay updated with the latest training and leverage relevant JBP opportunities between MW and social platforms.

Provide guidance on leveraging influencers, including selection and effectiveness measurement.

Performance Marketing:

Support the development of performance marketing channels, including Site, dCom, and eCRM.

Develop a long-term approach to assessing performance and creating content that drives our ambition to be the most seen, searched, and selected healthy snacking brand.

EMEA Digital Asset Management:

Oversee the migration of digital assets from various storage locations to Lighthouse.

Train markets on accessing and managing assets efficiently through Lighthouse.

Centralised CX Dashboard:

Support the development of our digital scorecard to provide a comprehensive view of our digital performance across our always on digital channels.

Ensure real-time tracking of all KPIs across channels to inform strategic investment decisions.

Establish KPIs for markets and share the latest data in monthly market connects to support accountability for performance.

Digital Upskilling Across EMEA Market Teams:

Lead the ambition to create a centre for digital excellence by bringing external perspectives to associates across the EMEA region.

Conduct social media upskilling sessions with EMEA markets, sharing best practices from successful campaigns.

Manage market upskill sessions to drive innovation and industry best practices in the region.
