Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Customer Marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel and customer marketing plans for our professional brands, including Dulux Trade and Armstead. This role will involve creating and executing 'path to purchase' marketing programmes to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive shopper activation strategies that align with overall business objectives and marketing plans.
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of shopper activation campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital engagement, and experiential marketing.
  • Conduct market and shopper insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of shopper activation activities, using key metrics and data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of activation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail environments, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
