Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager EMEA

At Mattel, we're committed to empowering children to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential. As a Brand Marketing Manager EMEA, you'll play a key role in driving our brand strategies and marketing initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and content
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global and local marketing teams, insights, and digital marketing
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Commercial/marketing experience within Brand Marketing in Toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods (1-2 full-time years working experience)
  • Experience working within brand marketing or consumer products for a Licensor, or experience working with Licensors (preferably in the children's entertainment sector) also an advantage
  • Ability to work in a wide variety of projects with aggressive deadlines, and can multi-task accordingly
  • Strategic thinking and tactical skills, ability to be flexible and react quickly to changing situations
  • Proactive problem solver with a creative and analytical mind-set
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • MS office knowledge
