About the Role: Digital Channels Director

As the Digital Channels Director, you will lead a team of two Associates and report directly to the Leadership team within Corporate Communications & Brand (C&CB). You'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the global digital strategy for corporate channels, ensuring alignment with our overall communication objectives.
  • Developing engaging content across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for corporate channels, encompassing website, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring timely updates and consistent brand messaging.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
