We are seeking a talented Digital Engagement Specialist to join our UK & Ireland team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and optimizing digital initiatives across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments to execute impactful digital campaigns within the target market.
  • Support commercial leads in enhancing existing campaigns by incorporating innovative digital strategies.
  • Manage and oversee current and future digital commercial channels, ensuring timely deployment and execution of tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to digital channel operations.
  • Contribute to establishing and delivering brand metrics and KPIs specifically focused on digital components.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement plans that leverage a range of digital tactics.
Content Communication Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative content strategies and communication campaigns for Servier UK.
  • Propose diverse content formats and optimal publishing schedules.
  • Facilitate creative feedback sessions with various departments to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Manage the content calendar and create engaging, regular posts for Servier UK's LinkedIn page.
Website Responsibilities
  • Maintain, expand, and enhance Servier UK & Ireland's websites.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into website operations.
  • Collaborate with Servier Headquarters to manage and update websites effectively.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with Pharma/biotechnology Salesforce web products.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute innovative ideas while remaining flexible.
  • Understanding of Web & Mobile technologies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with external partners and vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with key stakeholders and leading effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects successfully.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical marketing or commercial teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of NHS/HSE guidelines.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, a scientific field, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in a commercial role.
