We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Art Designer to join our Brand Identity team at Butlin's.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Brand Creative Service Manager to develop and implement visual identity solutions across various projects.
  • Create artwork solutions for print and digital media, ensuring consistency with our brand standards.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and resort functions to lead the development and creative focus of our visual identity.
  • Communicate ideas to key stakeholders, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assets.
  • Interpret artwork and layout requests from various departments, including marketing campaigns, social media, email, DM, web, content, F&B menus, retail & POS, guest communications, and product-focused developments.
  • Support operational teams in creating and delivering learning materials that require brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role with an agency or in-house design team.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creative excellence, brand development, and design discipline.
  • A creative flair and passion for design, with an eye for detail and layout.
  • Mastery of composition, imagery, typography, iconography, and color.
  • Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent visual communication skills, both verbally and written.
