About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver / Fine Art Handler to join our team at Strive Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient transport of valuable artworks and high-end furniture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and Handling: Carefully pack and handle various types of fine art and furniture for transport, ensuring they are securely wrapped and loaded onto our vehicles.
  • Transportation: Drive our Class 1 vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable transport of artworks and high-value goods across Europe.
  • Installation and De-installation: Install and de-install artworks and high-value furniture at client locations, ensuring they are properly secured and handled.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, timesheets, and condition reports with photos, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and our operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of artworks and high-value goods.
Requirements
  • A clean driving record and a valid Class 1 HGV license with digi tacho and CPC.
  • Physical fitness and comfort with ladders, scaffolding, and mechanised lifts.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel around Europe and spend nights away for longer trips.
  • Some experience or knowledge of handling high-end goods is advantageous.
  • A team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
