Job Title: Class 1 Driver - Fine Art Transport

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 driver to join our team at Strive Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a Class 1 driver, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient transport of valuable artworks and high-end furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport fine art and high-value goods across Europe, ensuring safe and secure delivery
  • Handle and pack various types of fine art and furniture securely for transport
  • Inspect and assess artworks for proper handling and packing
  • Manage paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, timesheets, and condition reports with photos
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the operations team

Requirements:

  • A clean driving record
  • Physical fitness and comfort with ladders, scaffolding, and mechanised lifts
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • A Class 1 HGV license with digi tacho and CPC
  • Willingness to travel around Europe and spend nights away for longer trips
