The Hub function includes engaging with ICBs and key localsystem stakeholders, to ensure commissioned services are responsive toevidenced local need and are in-line with national commissioning guides and ICBcommissioning priorities.

Alongside this work, the team are responsible forsupporting ICBs in the transformation of the primary care services listedabove. The team also works alongside ICBs to support the transformationprogramme on General Medical Services (General Practice). This role is focussedon supporting the Dental Recovery Programme.

Main duties of the job

You will manage aportfolio of dental programmes and will be responsible for the development ofeffective working relationships at a senior level with ICBs, contractors, and arange of partners and stakeholders.

This role is focused on delivery of the DentalRecovery Programme, and the postholder will:

Beresponsible for managing a portfolio of primary care programmes working closelywith ICBs and NHS England South-West.

Useknowledge of commissioning and programme management to inform effectiveimplementation of transformation and commissioning development.

Enableand support the delivery of primary care transformation programmes.

Developeffective working relationships at senior level between commissioning,information governance, performance management, service development, finance,and clinical governance, to ensure the implications of commissioning programmedecision are appropriately reflected in primary care commissioning agreements.
