Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.The ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.Proficiency in customer service software and tools.An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
