**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing accurate information and guidance, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide recommendations and advice on necessary repairs and maintenance services.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to the service plan.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Process payments and invoices accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software systems for scheduling and invoicing.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
