**Vehicle Service Advisor required in Swindon.**
- Starting salary up to £26-35,000 per annum plus non-contractual KPI bonus scheme.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm.
- Opportunity to work with a family-run business operating for over 33 years employing over 100 members of staff.
Due to continued expansion a not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Vehicle Service Advisor for our client's franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership situated in Swindon.
**Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Vehicle Service Advisor your responsibilities shall include**:
- Responding positively to client telephone calls relating to service and repairs on their vehicles in an accurate and timely manner.
- Entering jobs and details on our dealer management system.
- Planning vehicle maintenance, repairs, and MOT’s clearly, accurately and communicating with all relevant parties.
- Communicating clearly with the workshop supervision team to ensure customers are kept up to date with their vehicles progress.
- Providing informative quotes and information to customers.
- Assist with other duties as required including arranging 3rd party sub-contractors.
- Welcome all site visitors and ensure that they are treated courteously.
