Key  accountabilities

Strategy and planning: Develop a sales strategy and execute it to achieve financial growth and educational social advantages. Build and deploy an extensive resourcing plan for Sales and Customer Support, using our global presence to offer effective, flexible solutions.

Data and Evaluation: Create and execute a suite of KPIs that precisely assess key elements of revenue and profit outcomes, consistent with our sales strategy and the anticipated goals for growth and financial benchmarks.

Sales & Customer Support: Developing and managing key accounts, creating and implementing customer relationship and business development strategies, supporting UK education products, contributing to pricing and business models, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and gathering customer, market, and competitor insights.

Leadership: Providing effective and inspirational leadership of the sales and customer support teams, using artificial intelligence, creating value for customers and learners, and collaborating with other CUPA colleagues.

About you

Demonstrated ability to boost sales and increase profits through effective leadership.

Familiarity with Education Market is desirable but not essential.

Specialised in understanding customer needs and habits to improve purchasing experiences, and experience in solution selling.

Capable of translating business objectives into expansive strategies, devising multichannel plans that enhance customer engagement. Works hand in hand with teams to achieve business targets, maintaining full budget oversight and astute awareness of fiscal factors impacting revenue growth.

Integrated sales methodology: synchronising Sales and Customer Support initiatives to ensure cohesive communication with existing customers and prospects.
