Business Director Opportunity at Tom Ford

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Director to lead, coach, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Business Director, you will have total accountability for creating and executing a strategic business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeted marketing, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coach a team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
