Job Summary:

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Business Operations to play a pivotal role in driving strategic and day-to-day business delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a robust Quality Assurance System, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Implement and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive change initiatives, identifying performance gaps and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the safety of all employees, providing training and enforcing safety programs and policies in compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001.
  • Proficient in implementing and using ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop staff.
  • A continuous improvement mentality to drive quality improvement and promote efficient ways of working.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Materials, or Manufacturing-based subjects.
