Trading with Schools, a department within Bristol City Council, delivers high quality services to Educational Settings across Bristol and neighbouring areas. We thrive on our relationships with our customers and are always looking to develop new and exciting opportunities to support Educational Settings to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
We are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Assistant within the Client Relationships team, the business support function within Trading with Schools. This is a varied role, reporting to the Client Relationships Team Leader, you will responsible for assisting with the management of the Trading with Schools website, administrative and financial functions, including Invoicing, administrative support for both Trading with Schools and partner services teams within Education and the wider City Council, query resolution, providing the first point of contact by telephone/email, on a rota basis for school customers, internal customers, parents and other professionals and assisting with the management of CPD including venue bookings.
